Summary
Guide and inspire customers through a personal, engaging shopping experience in the Home department. Build lasting client relationships and support customers in-store and online while driving sales and delivering operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Create seamless, enjoyable in-store and online experiences and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
- Participate in merchandising and operational tasks, including fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room maintenance.
- Share the benefits of loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
