Summary
The Stylist guides and inspires customers through personalized fashion recommendations and gracious service. This role builds long-term client relationships in store and online while delivering an engaging shopping experience.
Responsibilities- Create an appointment-based client experience and cultivate customer relationships.
- Drive in-store and online sales by using technology and sharing loyalty program benefits.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
