Summary
Provide expert beauty advice and personalized service on the cosmetics floor. Build customer relationships, sell products in store and online, and offer makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, and trend guidance.
Responsibilities- Create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology and strong product knowledge.
- Support merchandising and operational requirements while maintaining compelling product presentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous selling experience required; cosmetics experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
