Summary
The Commission Sales Associate - Home guides and inspires customers by providing gracious, personalized service and building lasting relationships. The role supports in-store and online sales while contributing to the department's merchandising and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Create a seamless, engaging shopping experience and cultivate customer relationships in store and online.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and using technology effectively.
- Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
- Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, floor upkeep, and fitting room operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, creative thinking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
