The Selling Advisor builds client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role uses styling expertise and digital tools to serve clients in-store and remotely.
Responsibilities- Provide expert styling, fashion, and brand knowledge while delivering customer-centric service.
- Use digital selling tools, social media, and omnichannel inventory to connect with clients and showcase products.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and technology.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail, including commission sales.
- Comfort using technology and digital tools to sell to clients.
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a flexible work schedule.
