Summary
The Sales Associate guides and inspires customers while delivering a welcoming, engaging shopping experience. The role builds lasting customer relationships and supports sales both in store and online.
Responsibilities- Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online experience while cultivating customer relationships.
- Drive sales by assisting in-store and online clients and using technology effectively.
- Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational requirements, including maintaining the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
