Summary
The Asset Protection Visual Security Officer provides a visible, welcoming presence at the store entrance to help deter theft and support a safe shopping environment. The role also assists customers and maintains professionalism while carrying out in-store security duties.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
- Visually monitor customer traffic entering and exiting the store.
- Deter theft through visual observation and communicate suspicious activity to Asset Protection or Security.
- Help maintain a safe business environment.
- No education or experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds.
