Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – In-House Rehab Team

Care One, a trusted leader in skilled nursing and rehabilitation, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in‑house Rehab Team at Care One  this role you’ll collaborate daily with nursing and clinical staff to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care and support our mission of improving patient outcomes.

Location:

Millbury, MA
Salary: $28.00–$46.00 per hour

• Provide rehabilitation care using accepted practice methods to meet center, state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Implement treatment plans as outlined by the supervising therapist.
• Document clinical care to meet regulatory and billing requirements.
• Participate in resident screening and other facility directed processes.
• Provide feedback to the supervisor on clinical and rehabilitation issues.
• Participate in in‑service training programs as requested.
• Travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis.

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Current and active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of operation.
• Prefer knowledge in older adult rehabilitation.
• Prefer knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings.
