Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Mechanic Class B on the 2nd shift, located in Boylston, MA. The Maintenance Mechanic will perform a variety of maintenance‑related tasks, including troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring functionality to support operational efficiency. The role requires adherence to safety standards and a proactive approach to maintaining optimal equipment performance.

Salary Range: $15.00 – $31.22 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Preventative maintenance on equipment per maintenance calendar
- Perform unplanned maintenance on equipment as needed
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
- Responsible for the maintenance, creation, and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by any Confidentiality or Privacy Standards or Company Policies that you have access or knowledge of, including but not limited to any state or federal regulations including HIPAA.

Skills and Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education, qualifying experience, or skills.
- Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this position and to the safety regulations.
- Good mechanical aptitude and basic working knowledge of mechanical systems and machines.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Must be able to perform all of the job functions safely.
- Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified in the Procedure Manuals.
- Must agree to wear the proper assigned PPE and shoes approved for this job as specified in Contact and Safety Requirements.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Prior work experience in the industry preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented and self‑directed.
