THE JOB:

Rocco's FOH Team Members are an essential part of our team at Rocco's. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional 'above and beyond' service to all guests. FOH Team Members influence the customer experience significantly, from greeting guests to packing their orders and ringing up purchases. They are encouraged to make decisions that enhance guest satisfaction and to be team players willing to assist wherever needed.

Opportunities for cross-training and growth within the store are available. FOH Team Members work directly with the Store Supervisor and are expected to be hardworking, teachable, and friendly. Our structured training program equips team members with the necessary knowledge and skills for success.

REQUIREMENTS & DESIRED TRAITS:

• Previous experience in food, restaurant, or customer service
• Availability Wednesday through Sunday
• Ability to work 6AM-1:30PM on weekdays and/or weekends
• Enjoys working with people and creating memorable experiences
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
• Teachability and good listening skills
• Excellent communication skills; access to our team communication app
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
• Punctuality and reliability
• Reliable transportation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Welcoming guests and explaining menu options
• Maintaining professionalism at all times
• Operating POS systems accurately
• Filling online orders with precision
• Knowledge of menu ingredients for guest communication
• Packing doughnut orders efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store, including sanitizing surfaces
• Keeping the doughnut display clean
• Making coffees, teas, and other menu drinks
• Lifting or moving up to 30 lbs
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Washing dishes and cleaning equipment
• Taking out trash and recyclables
