What You Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced café team member to work on the café floor, which requires physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, and operating espresso machines. The ideal candidate will deliver the perfect beverage, exceeding customer expectations with their ability to engage, build rapport, listen, and provide friendly, fast service.

Key responsibilities include making relevant beverage and food recommendations, ensuring an engaging experience for customers, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment. The successful candidate will also execute all operational standards correctly, protect company assets, and recognize and offer help to both customers and employees with urgency and care.
