As an Applebee’s Server you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You must be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest while working hard and having a great time doing it.

• Deliver excellent guest service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Make menu recommendations and upsell specials to increase sales.
• Communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and management.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food‑handling standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift‑specific tasks as needed.

• Minimum age 18 years; ability to communicate clearly.
• Physical capability: sustained mobility for up to four hours, reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest experience and teamwork.

Must be able to exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours and safely lift up to 25 pounds. Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift. Must wear protective hand coverings, wash hands frequently, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
