As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! The role involves providing a great shopping experience, engaging with guests, promoting products, and contributing to brand loyalty.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team in #gettingthejobdone.
• Adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, & holidays.
• Have a passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.
