Water/Wastewater Project Lead responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate project teams from concept through delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, perform quality reviews, and ensure engineering outputs meet standards.
- Collaborate with clients and regulators to support approvals and compliance.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to achieve project objectives.
- Support business development activities and contribute to proposal efforts.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting best practices.
- Strong knowledge of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment engineering.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage scope, cost, and quality while coordinating multiple disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills for client and regulatory collaboration.
- Experience with quality assurance/technical review and team mentoring.
