Pay Range$17-$21/hr

We proudly offer 8-hour shifts and flexible scheduling. Weekends are required.
- Day Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM
- Evening Shift: 2 PM - 10 PM
- Night Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM
Work Options:
- Full Time: 5 days/week
- Part Time: 1-3 days/week
- PRN: As needed/available
As a CNA at Spring Creek, you'll provide essential, compassionate care, including:
- Responding to call lights and assisting residents with needs
- Turning and repositioning residents safely
- Supporting residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, mobility, etc.)
- Monitoring dietary needs, restrictions, and preferences
- Documenting food/fluid intake as needed
- Observing and reporting changes in resident condition
- Helping residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every day

Who We're Looking ForYou'll thrive here if you:
- Hold an active CNA certification in Utah (in good standing)
- Communicate kindly and professionally with residents, families, and staff
- Can make sound decisions when needed
- Have a working knowledge of basic nursing practices
- Understand long-term care regulations (or are willing to learn)
