Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Acclimate ABA

Join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Acclimate ABA. This role involves delivering individualized ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based settings while working collaboratively with BCBAs, supervisors, peers, and caregivers.

Base Pay Range

$22.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Your Role
  • Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community‑based environments.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
  • Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
What You Bring
  • Active RBT certification through the BACB.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Commitment to supporting clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.
