Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Acclimate ABA
Join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Acclimate ABA. This role involves delivering individualized ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based settings while working collaboratively with BCBAs, supervisors, peers, and caregivers.

- Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community‑based environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
- Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
- Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
- Collaborate with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
- Active RBT certification through the BACB.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Commitment to supporting clients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.
