Responsibilities- Meet weekly with individuals at each location
- Create comprehensive dietary plans for each client
- Document all nutritional services
- Evaluate clients' nutritional well-being through analysis
- Review and approve menus used at both locations
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Communicate plan/progress of each client
- Bachelors in nutrition or related field
- Licensed with Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing
- Ability to pass criminal investigation background checks
- Eligibility to work in the USA
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record checks
- Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
- 1st Aid & CPR certified (provided if needed)
- Crisis intervention certified (provided if needed)
- Pay commensurate with experience
