Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! At Spring Creek Healthcare Center, we are a close-knit group where providing our residents the best care possible is our #1 priority. We strive to improve the lives of our residents and their families, as well as our staff.
We care about our CNAs and want to provide opportunities for them - which is why we have a "Nursing Tuition Reimbursement" program, where you can receive up to $500 a month (pre-tax) to go to nursing school. No contract required, but we do require that you work part time or full time, and finish your first 90-days with us to be eligible for this program.

$17-21 an hour, depending on experience

Our CNAs are able to enjoy 8-hour shifts! Day shifts are from 6 AM to 2 PM, Evening Shifts are 2 PM to 10 PM, while Night Shifts are from 10 PM to 6 AM
- Full Time CNAs work 5 days a week
- Part Time CNAs work 1-3 days a week
- PRN CNAs work on a "as-needed/available" schedule
- Answer residents' call lights to determine need
- Turn and reposition residents while they are in bed
- Provide physical support to assist residents in performing daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, using the bathroom, standing, walking, or exercising
- Review dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences to ensure residents receive appropriate diet
- Record food and liquid intake and output as necessary
- Reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- An active CNA Certification, in good standing, issued by the state of Utah
- Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
- Able to make decisions independently when warranted
- Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures
- Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long term care
