Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Utah

Start Date: February 2, 2026

Location: Millcreek, Utah

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-week contract; straight nights or 50/50 day/night rotation; 3 weekend shifts per 4-week period; 1:2 patient ratio (may vary to 1:1 or 1:3 based on acuity)

Highlights:

• 24-bed intensive care unit with a collaborative team of 46 staff members
• EPIC electronic medical record system
• Experience with advanced procedures including rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, arterial lines, bronchoscopy, and chest tube placement
• Exposure to high-acuity patients requiring ventilators, vasopressors, IABP, CRRT, and post-operative open heart care
• Critical care tech and unit secretary support available during day shifts when census is 10 or more patients
• Floating primarily to PCU or as a sitter within the inpatient setting

Requirements:

• Active Utah RN license or multistate compact license
• Minimum 1 year of strong ICU experience required; 2 years preferred
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficiency with ventilators, vasopressors, arterial lines, restraint protocols, and other critical care skills
