Good Game Collective partners with the owners of great youth sports and enrichment programs, bringing capital, systems, and community so they can grow and reach more kids. We're parents, coaches, and operators, and we built Good Game to be a different kind of partner: stewardship over extraction, partnership over pressure, long-term development over short-term wins.
This role sits inside one of our portfolio companies. You'll own the sales process from first inquiry to enrollment for thousands of families, selling that program's private lessons, camps, and other offerings, with the playbooks, tools, and support of the wider Good Game team behind you. If you are interested in sales and growth, working with an experienced operating team, and making a meaningful impact in kids' lives, we'd love to chat.
Whatyou'll be doing
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets through sales
- Oversee the sales lifecycle for families from first inquiry to booking private lessons, camps, and other offerings
- Help build a strong sales pipeline through outreach and other marketing channels
- Develop a strong knowledge of your program's private lessons, camps, and other offerings, including age groups, skill levels, seasons, and pricing, as well as the broader Good Game network (e.g., hockey, football, basketball, tennis, soccer, dance, etc.)
- Build trust with prospective families and assist them with finding the right program(s) and offering(s) that will help their kids grow
- Build winning playbooks, training materials, and other resources to help the team succeed
- Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment
- You are passionate about selling and driving business growth
- You have experience with or knowledge of youth sports, camps, studios, fitness, education, or other membership- and enrollment-driven consumer businesses. Time as a coach, instructor, or sports parent counts for a lot here
- You are an outstanding communicator with excellent people skills, and you're comfortable talking to parents about their kid, their schedule, and their budget
- You are a team player and will strive to find ways to make our partners win
- You are scrappy and willing to get into the weeds, including the evenings and weekends when registration season peaks
- You are family-centric and genuinely invested in kids having a good experience, not just a signed contract
- You are motivated by goals and are a high achiever
- BA or BS degree
- The chance to help a great local program grow stronger, run smarter, and reach more kids
- A direct line from your work to real outcomes: fuller rosters, steadier businesses, more kids playing
Work in a collaborative, high-energy environment where your contributions have a direct impact - A seat inside a growing collective of owners and operators who trade notes and raise the bar together
- We don't hire people who merely want to work for a great company; we hire people who want to build one
