• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience
• Your own tools and a reliable work truck/van
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong attention to detail and job site cleanliness
• Excellent customer communication and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check (no major felonies)

• Finish carpentry: trim, baseboards, crown molding
• Cabinet installation and modification
• Framing, drywall, and general woodwork
• Deck repairs and builds
• Interior/exterior door installs and adjustments
• Light remodeling projects
