We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Director who’s ready to step into a leadership role that’s equal parts heart, hustle, and hands-on fun.

You’ll be the Director’s right-hand teammate — part mentor, part problem-solver, and part cheerleader. You’ll help keep our center running like clockwork, supporting both staff and families with warmth and professionalism.

You’ll:

• Lead, guide, and encourage our teaching team
• Keep daily operations smooth and organized
• Communicate openly with families and staff
• Ensure every child’s safety, well-being, and joy
• Build a center culture that feels like a second home

• You’re 18+ and bring a positive, can-do attitude
• You have a
  High School Diploma or GED (bonus points for CDA or a degree in Early Childhood Education!)
• Ideally, you’ve worked at least a year in a licensed childcare setting
• You’ve got a
  clean background check and a valid GA driver’s license
• You’re flexible with
  rotating shifts between 7:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Friday
