• Starting Salary: $45,000 plus performance-based bonuses

• Leading day-to-day operations while driving long-term planning and school success
• Providing strong, positive leadership to staff through mentorship, coaching, and accountability
• Overseeing curriculum implementation while maintaining full compliance with state regulations
• Building strong relationships with families and serving as a trusted point of contact
• Ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment for children and staff
• Organizing and leading staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development
• Creating a nurturing and high-quality early learning experience for every child

• Are at least 21 years old and meet state director qualifications
• Hold aBachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or a related field)
• Possess a valid
  
  Georgia Director Credential
• Have 5years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center
• AreCPR and First Aid certified, and can pass all required background checks
• Have schedule flexibility to work between6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Able to reliably commute to 55 Marshall Road NE., Milledgeville, GA 31061
