Base Pay Range$17.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Job SummaryReceives, collects, and processes refuse and recyclable materials at a designated convenience site. This position supports daily site operations by assisting customers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring refuse and recycling materials are properly handled and disposed of.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Collect containers from convenience site customers and dispose of refuse into appropriate bins
- Collect separated recycling materials and place them into designated recycling containers
- Assist with loading, unloading, and cleaning of garbage trucks at the convenience site as required
- Operate hoisting equipment to raise refuse bins attached to the rear of the truck when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the convenience site
- Perform other duties as assigned to support site operations
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
