The Bookstore Sales Associate supports daily retail and e-commerce operations of the Georgia Military College Bookstore by providing customer service, processing in-store and online transactions, fulfilling orders, and supporting textbook, uniform, and merchandise distribution. This position ensures reliable access to instructional materials and campus merchandise through both in-person and online channels.
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service (In-store and online)
- Sales Transactions & POS/Online order processing
- E-commerce order fulfillment & logistics
- Inventory management, receiving & ordering of textbooks, uniforms, and merchandise
- Store presentation, merchandising & operational support
- Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.
