The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs; hang store signage.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pets/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment, and operate store equipment.
• Stand, kneel, reach, climb ladders, and move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry as needed.
