• Assist experienced technicians in the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures on job sites.
• Carry tools and materials to and from the work area.
• Prepare and clean work areas before and after installations.
• Measure and cut pipes and ductwork to specified dimensions.
• Help in the assembly and installation of HVAC components and systems.
• Follow blueprints or technical drawings under supervision.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment.
• Support in troubleshooting installation issues as directed.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions to enhance technical skills.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in the testing of installed HVAC systems for proper operation.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.
• Basic math skills for calculating measurements and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in HVAC installation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
