We’re looking for a Production Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in the success of our roofing projects. This position is critical in ensuring that every job runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll be the behind-the-scenes force managing materials, timelines, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors.

• Perform accurate material take-offs and coordinate timely procurement
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan
• Serve as a main point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Support project managers in overcoming challenges and keeping work on track
• Assist the sales team with post-sale follow-up and coordination
• Keep detailed records and ensure documentation is organized and up-to-date
• Monitor project progress, resolve discrepancies, and help maintain quality standards
• Generate regular reports and share project updates with leadership

• Experienced with Service Titan or similar project management tools
• Organized, efficient, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
• A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-driven with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
• A team player who’s comfortable collaborating across departments
