This role plays a critical part in supporting daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and banking activities across multiple entities for a growth-orientated commercial real‑estate investment firm.

- Prepare month‑end close and financial reporting packages for multiple entities
- Post general ledger entries and review bank account reconciliations
- Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting
- Manage real estate tax payments and appeals
- Process monthly mortgage payments
- Coordinate with development and acquisitions teams on draws, wires, and closing‑related accounting
- Calculate annual tenant operating expense reconciliations and estimates
- Review and approve invoices and manage batch processing through Avid Exchange
- Review audit and tax packages as needed
- Support acquisition activities and special projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting experience within commercial real estate
- Experience with MRI and Yardi systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
