At Divine Steps Therapy we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive and live their best lives. We are looking for passionate individuals who find satisfaction in helping children achieve life milestones. The therapist will provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders, implementing individualized intervention plans directed by a behavior analyst. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from experienced supervisors and managers invested in your personal and professional growth.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Background screening and clearance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Valid RBT certification (required)

• Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings to improve behaviors and acquire new skills
• Follow specific protocol for each client and implement individualized ABA programs as set by the treatment plan and directed by a BCBA or qualified health professional
• Document client sessions by recording data, writing quality session notes, and inputting timesheets
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
