We are looking for a Product Manager, Partnerships & Integrations to join our team who will help shape the product strategy and roadmap for our integration and technical partners.
As a successful Product Manager, you’ll work collaboratively with the broader Product team, and cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and Professional Services to continually improve CTM’s products and services.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Own the strategy and lifecycle of third-party integrations, APIs, and partner-driven capabilities, ensuring they deliver value to customers and drive adoption.
- Evaluate potential partners, understand their technical requirements, and guide integration design to ensure scalability, reliability, and interoperability.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and internal insights to prioritize features and improvements that drive product value.
- Own the backlog and feature prioritization, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to product development.
- Develop and maintain clear, well-structured product requirements documentation (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering to validate feature implementations through user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality releases.
- Communicate product updates and key milestones effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Support, and Professional Services to translate business objectives into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications.
- Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Training teams to create product collateral, documentation, and launch plans.
- A bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, communications or related field preferred
- 3-5+ years experience as an effective Product or Project Manager, with technical writing experience. Experience in a SaaS company preferred
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations (evaluating, scoping, and shipping partner-driven features)
- Experience creating technical documentation, user guides, online help articles, reference material, and other forms of user assistance content for technical and non technical audiences
- Firm understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Strong working knowledge of documentation tools
