Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro‑mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms, and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

• Possess the ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Work independently, interpret assembly drawings and follow verbal/written work instructions to produce a high‑quality unit within the allotted time frame.
• Have good computer skills with Word and Excel to be able to open and modify documents.
• Follow standard procedures.

Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post‑secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP business systems.

Salary range: $51,200 – $62,400. This is not a guarantee of compensation; final offer may vary based on experience and location.
