Residential Direct Sales Representative at Wave Broadband

Location:

Millersville, MD greater market territories

Opportunity to earn up to $85,000 or more with uncapped commissions. Base salary is $38,778.69 plus commission potential. You will represent Astound Broadband powered by Wave, providing a superior internet package and customer-focused service.

• Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
• Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
• Engage in technical discussions with potential customers through demonstrations and presentations
• Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within respective territories
• Prepare sales information for customers
• Distribute marketing material and participate in special sale events
• Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments within the product/service line
• Maintain a fast-paced, outdoor, field-based work cadence and a strong customer focus
• Build relationships with residential customers within the serviceable footprint
• Plan and manage time effectively; be self-motivated and autonomous

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation, and influencing skills
• Sales-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed quotas
• Ability to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment

• Base salary: $38,778.69 with uncapped commissions and potential for bonuses
• Commission component: targeted commissions with potential for significant upside
