Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
This position is assigned to the Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Human Resources Branch;
Fleet and Family Readiness Support Services;
Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC). Incumbent serves as subject matter expert providing advice and assistance to, and collaborating with, CNIC NAF HQ and Region staff in the areas of employee relations (e.g., performance, discipline) and/or labor relations (e.g., Unfair Labor Practices, grievances, union collective bargaining agreement implementation).
