We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business processes, identify system requirements, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and IT staff to ensure that business systems meet organizational needs. Location Millington, TN (onsite). Roles and Responsibilities
* Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

* Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain business process models and workflows.

* Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement system solutions.

* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure alignment with business requirements.

* Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

* Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.

* Prepare detailed reports and documentation on system changes and performance metrics.

* Stay current with advancements in technology and best practices in business analysis. Qualifications Education
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related role.

* Strong knowledge of business process analysis and modeling techniques.

* Proficiency with business analysis tools and software.

* Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. Certifications
* Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is preferred. Desired Skills
