The IT Specialist Application Programmer is responsible for delivering information engineering, requirement definition, software design and enhancements, development, scripting, maintenance, and testing support, ensuring adherence to configuration management and evaluation processes.

The successful candidate will assist with:

• Analyzing functional business/technical application design specifications;
• Preparing technical documentation;
• Troubleshooting;
• Supporting maintenance tasks for production systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Performing technical analysis;
• Debugging and resolving interface issues;
• Planning and coordinating activities related to requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of client information systems and software applications.
