Pro Sidian seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] - Millington, TN (CONUS ) - Digital Training Facility Management (DTFM) (DTFM
044) to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military personnel through planning, facilitating, managing, recording and assessing training on behalf of The Training Management Directorate (TMD).

This DoD/Military Sector Role is a W-2 Employee Labor Category Position located at or near Millington, TN - CONUS | AC/RC: RC | ACOM: USARC.

This service supports DoD/Military Sector Clients and Pro Sidian Team Members work as part of an Engagement Team Cadre to fulfill Firm Fixed Price requirements and to serve as a Digital Training Facility Manager. A Digital Training Facility (DTF) is a computer lab located on Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide – The DTFM provides management and oversight at/for the assigned DTF.

Units use DTFs to conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness.

As a training asset, DTFs are ideal for Section, squad, or platoon size elements. They can maximize training dollars and reduce TDY costs while providing various capabilities, including onsite instruction, online courses, and virtual training technologies.

• Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.
• Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.
• Adherence with EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the DTFs.
• Maintenance of facility security, operating equipment, and assisting students in using assets provided in DTFs.
• Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at site locations.
• Partners with other appropriate entities to create secure lab environments.
• Performing hands-on equipment operation and on-site operations.
• Provides metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff.
• Provides server and application support and maintenance; ensures superior customer interactions on behalf of the DTF.
• Reports the operational status of the DTFs to the chain of command and Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).
• Schedules use of DTFs and provides hands-on assistance to the Army Training Information System (ATIS) and EMS staff.
• Coordinates training in DTFs with Soldiers and the DL-POC.

• 5 years of management experience within IT support and/or IT management (Required).
• Ability to analyze and evaluate trainees to summarize, forecast, identify requirements, screen information, determine eligibility, and provide solutions to challenges.
• Strong oral and written communication for coordinating training sessions and producing clear reports and presentations.

• Bachelor degree (preferably computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering or related).
