Lead​/TEQA Analyst

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Lead/TEQA Analyst in Millington, TN.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

• Lead test, evaluation, and quality assurance activities for custom applications and enterprise workflows, establishing test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria aligned to operational requirements.
• Coordinate and manage TEQA execution in Azure Dev Ops (TFS), including work items, test case management, defect tracking, and release readiness support.
• Validate functionality and performance of .NET Custom Apps built on .NET Framework, including .NET (C# / VB) and ASP.NET solutions developed in Visual Studio (Microsoft) and Visual Basic.
• Test and verify web application behavior and user experience for HTML / 5 / CSS3 interfaces, ensuring consistent operation across supported environments.
• Validate data integrity, interfaces, and reporting by querying SQL databases and validating data exchanges and structures using XML.
• Support secure-access and compliance validation as part of TEQA, including operational impacts of HBSS/ESS controls and authentication dependencies such as Activ Identity Activ Client.
• Verify operational workflows that depend on enterprise tooling and environments, including Citrix, SharePoint, and collaboration workflows in Skype/Teams.
• Validate scheduled processing and batch operations using Control M and Control D, ensuring jobs run as intended and outputs meet quality standards.
• Support secure file movement and interface validation using FTP and SFTP and validate network dependencies affecting test outcomes (including IPv4/6).
• Automate repeatable test steps and workflow verification using UiPath where appropriate.
• Support test environment readiness and troubleshooting across MS Server and MS Workstation platforms and produce TEQA documentation and plans using the Microsoft Office Suite (to include Visio/Project).

  Test and evaluation, quality assurance, analysis, troubleshooting, and coordination of technical work across applications and enterprise environments.
• TEQA tooling and coordination:
  Azure Dev Ops (TFS), Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Project).
• Development and app technologies (for test/validation): .NET C# / VB, .NET Custom Apps, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, Visual Basic, Visual Studio (Microsoft), HTML / 5 / CSS3, XML.
• Data validation: SQL.
• Enterprise environments and collaboration:
  Citrix, SharePoint, Skype/Teams.
• Automation and scheduling:
