Indmar Marine Engines is seeking an experienced Parts Selector to join our Stock Room. The ideal candidate is a team player who is dependable, detail-oriented and organized. Punctuality and good attendance are crucial to success in this position. Work hours are 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday. Eligible for a $40.00 weekly attendance bonus. Candidate must have a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.

Responsible for accurately selecting and pulling parts for job orders using RF scanner. Transporting job orders to manufacturing area to supply production lines.
RequirementsJob Responsibilities
- Accurately scans and pulls parts using RF scanner according to current production schedule.
- Keeps products separated, organized by job order and work station.
- Supplies manufacturing area with correct job order and parts according to production schedule.
- Moves loaded carts to manufacturing staging area for production line.
- Monitors parts inventory frequently, reporting problems (i.e. low or inaccurate inventory to include location accuracy).
- Maintain stock levels in Bulk Locations in production area.
- Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Pallet Jacks, Electrical Pallet Jacks, and stock room stairs).
- Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Empty all trash receptacles daily.
- Perform cycle and/or physical counts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to read and follow instructions
- Must possess basic math skills
- Experience using a RF Scanner
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a parts clerk or similar position.
- Experience working in the automotive industry is preferred
- Standing and/or walking 95% of day.
- Frequent bending and stooping.
