The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless business needs dictate otherwise.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues, and offering solutions.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store-specific measurements and inventory counts, including cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes accurately.
• Hanging signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and performing detailed recovery.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate.
• Ensuring a distinctive shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory; however, the ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise levels.
• Hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional overhead reaching, frequent standing, kneeling, twisting, crouching, squatting, bending, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to move throughout the store efficiently and safely.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all required training successfully.
