Job Description

Hi-Speed Industrial Service is a hoist and crane company seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Support person. This candidate will interact with a group of customers to quote Hi-Speed products and enter orders resulting from those quotes. Interaction with customers to answer general inquiries, resolve issues and handle customer complaints. The ideal candidate will maintain a professional image and uphold a can-do attitude at all times.

Industrial Overhead Crane Parts Sales and Service experience is a must.

• Provide excellent customer service to a group of customers in a timely manner
• Resolve customer related issues
• Provide customers with proper solutions to their concerns
• Identify and fulfill parts and service needs, prepare quotes and process orders

• Provide quotes to customers
• Order Entry
• Check order/shipping status
  
  Strong communication skills
• Basic office etiquette
• Field customer questions/concerns and respond quickly
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player
• Industrial Overhead Crane Parts Sales and Service experience
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
