Job DescriptionAs an Admission Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating with Roadmaster leads and inquiries to enroll prospective students into the Commercial Truck Driver Training Program. You will help individuals improve their lives and income through career training while enjoying a stable and rewarding position with an organization that rewards high performers.
Daily Performance Expectations- 90 outbound calls per day
- 400 outbound calls per week
- Complete, maintain and submit all required enrollment forms using company databases and approved forms.
- Provide each prospect with accurate information about the School and industry to assess qualifications and interest.
- Follow up with students throughout enrollment and ensure they receive required support.
- Coordinate with finance, placement, and training departments to resolve enrollment items.
- Maintain contact post‑start to ensure a quality training experience and improve retention.
- Treat all leads, applicants, students, co‑workers, supervisors and the public with dignity and respect.
- Adhere to all admissions department policies and cooperate with related departments.
- Exhibit professionalism, ethical standards, teamwork, and high integrity.
- Submit evaluations, forms, and reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company information, including PII, in accordance with policies.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Previous sales or admissions experience.
- Salesforce® or CRM experience preferred; basic computer skills required.
- Professional communication of Roadmaster’s mission, goals, and course offerings.
- Ability to work in a professional office and school environment.
- College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- High energy, positive attitude, and passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensure as required by state regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and leadership to enroll students into programs.
