Periodic Maintenance Technician

** Job Responsibilities
** Maintains proper scheduling of assigned duties and obtain materials to perform cost effective maintenance and repair activities Performs duties related to Hazardous Waste Management Performs other duties as assigned.  
** Candidate Qualifications/ Requirements
** 2+ years of experience Previous experience in a maintenance program preferred Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems (including relevant equipment and tools) is a plus Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and lift or move heavy equipment Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other manuals/documents

Ability to work within a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors Good communication skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Self-directed with ability to prioritize projects and multi-task  Capable of performing tasks in efficient and accountable manner with little to no supervision
