Apprenticeship - Adult Care Worker - Level 2 CMB

Salary: From September 2026 - £8.00 per hour – Apprenticeship Wage – during first 12 months. (If 19 years old or over, after 12 months your salary will increase to minimum wage for your age)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Lapstone House Residential Home, Lapstone Road, Millom, LA18 4BY

Contract: Apprenticeship

Start Date: From September 2026 onwards

Apprenticeship Duration: Typically 15 months

Closing Date: 9th March 2026

Interviews: 30th March – 20th April 2026

Training Provider: To be confirmed

Study Method: A mix of workplace learning, practical training, and independent study.

Off‑the‑Job Training: 20% of your working hours dedicated to structured learning.

Training providers will carry out eligibility checks. This role requires a DBS check. The level of check for this role is – Enhanced DBS Check with an Adults Barred List check.
