Lapstone House Residential Home, Millom is looking for a caring Support Worker. This permanent role offers flexible hours: 0, 16, 21 or 26.25 per week, at £13.47 per hour.
You don’t need previous experience or qualifications. We provide full, paid training and ongoing development, with opportunities to grow. You’ll support older adults with personal care, activities and medication, helping them stay independent and well. We value kindness, compassion and collaboration.
