Print Shop Operations Assistant (Entry Level) – First Shift

San Stone Health & Rehabilitation is hiring an entry‑level Print Shop Operations Assistant to support our in‑house print, embroidery, and apparel production. This role offers hands‑on training and a clear path for advancement with pay increases as skills and responsibilities grow.

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Topics can be discussed with a recruiter.

You’ll work directly with the Director of Print Operations and support daily production through embroidery machine operation and order fulfillment.

• Run and monitor embroidery machines.
• Pull, pack, and ship orders.
• Assist with bindery and finishing tasks.
• Learn additional print and finishing equipment.
• Help track scrub and apparel inventory.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn.
• Available for overtime when needed.

• $18.00–$20.00/hr with pay increases tied to skill development and performance.
