Fulfillment Associate Level 1

Job Summary

The Order Processor is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.

Job Level 1 – Fulfillment Associate can perform all key aspects of the position proficiently:

• Pick orders by scanning all items in IFS picking system
• Confirms order # and piece count for each order before moving the order to the next step in the process.
• Achieves daily/weekly production efficiency goals
• Verifies and places non-conforming items in designated area.
• Follow proper packaging designs depending on order size and type.
• Performing cleaning and sanitation properly
• Maintains current training requirements and certifications independently

Education and/or

Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Good customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods of time and ambulate through warehouse aisles to collect various products to fulfill orders. The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear;

and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to be able to view a computer screen. Employee should be able to move and lift up to thirty-five (35) pounds of inventory on a regular basis.

The primary work environment of this position is a warehouse, with hazards, such as moving fork trucks and racked pallets of product. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
