1st Shift Certified Nursing Assistant

Pay RangeBase pay: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr. (Pay based on experience and skills.)
Key Responsibilities- Providing daily routine nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan:
- Assisting with activity of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting concerns to nurse
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis throughout the unit and shift.
- Attending and participating in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, such as orientation programs, in‑service training, etc.
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to patient needs
