The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing daily routine nursing care and services, contributing to the success of our organization through setting the gold standard for rehabilitative care. • Providing daily routine nursing care and services in accordance with the residents’ assessment and care plan such as:
  • Assisting with activity of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing and feeding
  • Monitor vital signs and report concerns to nurse
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift
• Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification, such as scheduled orientation programs and activities, facility in-service training programs, etc.

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to patient needs
