Validation Technical Associate

The Validation Technical Associate I will play a key role in supporting equipment validation activities within a vaccine manufacturing environment. This role provides hands‑on experience executing performance qualifications (PQs), supporting validation protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to gain technical depth in validation processes while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and operational readiness.

• Provide technical support for validation activities necessary to complete Equipment PQs per the annual schedule
• Execute annual PQs for critical process equipment following approved validation protocols
• Perform validation tasks with flexibility in scheduling to minimize operational impact and ensure timely completion
• Develop a thorough understanding of new process equipment and procedures as they relate to validation requirements
• Support recommendations and implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) to reduce atypical events or validation deviations

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biochemical engineering, biological systems engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, or integrated science
• Associate degree in the fields above is acceptable with additional experience

• Bachelor’s degree holders: minimum 1+ years of experience in vaccine manufacturing
• Associate degree holders: minimum 2+ years of experience in vaccine manufacturing

• Role requires flexibility to support validation activities outside standard hours as needed
• Position is focused on equipment validation within a regulated manufacturing environment
